Queensborough Community College is located in Bayside, between Springfield Blvd. and Cloverdale Blvd. (223rd Street) on 56th Ave. The campus is easily accessible by car from all parts of Queens and Long Island. It is just a few blocks north of Springfield Boulevard (Exit 29) on the Long Island Expressway, and immediately south of the Northern Boulevard exit on the Cross Island Parkway.
Ample FREE parking on campus near the Theater.
BY CAR:
Via the Long Island Expressway: West to Springfield Blvd. (Exit 29). At the light, turn right onto Springfield Blvd. and go to 56th Ave. Turn right at the light and go one block to QCC’s main entrance on the left.
From Brooklyn: Take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway East onto the LIE (East) and follow LIE directions.
From Manhattan: Take the Queens Midtown Tunnel onto the LIE (East) and follow LIE directions.
From Western Queens: Take the LIE East, exit at Springfield Blvd (Exit 29). At the light, turn left onto Springfield Blvd. and go to 56th Ave. Turn right at the light and go one block to QCC’s main entrance on the left.
From Bronx: Take either the Throgs Neck or the Whitestone Bridge to the Cross Island Parkway South to Northern Blvd. West (Exit 31W). Upon exiting, move immediately to the far left, and turn at the light (223rd St./Cloverdale Blvd.). Continue south to 56th Ave. and turn right toward QCC’s main entrance a half-block away.
From Southern Queens and Brooklyn: Take the Belt Parkway East to the Cross Island Parkway North onto the LIE West. Take this to Springfield Blvd. (Exit 29). At the light, turn right onto Springfield Blvd. and go to 56th Ave. Turn right at the light and go one block to QCC’s main entrance on the left.
Via the Southern State or the Northern State Parkway: West to the Cross Island Parkway North and onto the LIE West. Go to Springfield Blvd. (Exit 29). At the light, turn right onto Springfield Blvd. and go to 56th Ave. Turn right at the light and go one block to QCC’s main entrance on the left.
BY SUBWAY AND/OR BUS:
From Flushing: Take Q27 bus to Springfield Blvd. and 56th Ave. Walk east to campus.
From Jamaica: Take F train to 169th St. and Hillside Ave. and then the Q30 bus via Horace Harding Blvd. to Springfield Blvd. Walk north to 56th Ave. and turn right to campus. You can also take the E, J, or Z trains to the Sutphin/Archer station and take the Q30 bus from there.
From Bronx: Take the Q44 bus to Flushing Main Street. Transfer to the Q27 bus and proceed to Springfield Blvd. and 56th Ave.
From Nassau County: The N-20, 21 bus line from Nassau County stops at the corner of Northern Blvd. and 223rd Street (Cloverdale Blvd.). The bus makes stops in the towns of Glen Cove, Roslyn, Manhasset and Great Neck.
BY LONG ISLAND RAIL ROAD:
The Port Washington line from Penn Station to Bayside Station. From the station take car service to the campus.

BY CAR:
From Triboro Bridge (Grand Central Parkway): Take Triboro Bridge to Grand Central Parkway East, then take Grand Central to Jackie Robinson Parkway (formerly Interboro Parkway). From Jackie Robinson Parkway (JRP), take Exit 4 (Forest Park Drive) and bear left at exit. Follow road approximately 1/8 mile to fork in road - bear left, go over two speed bumps, and Bandshell will shortly appear on right side.
From Whitestone Bridge: Take the Whitestone Bridge to Whitestone Expressway to Van Wyck Expressway. From Van Wyck to Jackie Robinson Parkway (follow directions above from JRP).
From Throgs Neck Bridge: Take Throgs Neck Bridge to Clearview Expressway. From Clearview Expressway, take Grand Central Parkway West to Jackie Robinson Parkway (follow directions above from JRP).
From Long Island Expressway: Take Long Island Expressway to the Van Wyck Expressway. Take Van Wyck South to the Jackie Robinson Parkway and proceed to Exit 4 (Forest Park Drive). (Follow directions above from JRP.)
From 59th Street Bridge: Take 59th Street Bridge to Queens Boulevard. Follow Queens Blvd. and make a right turn onto Woodhaven Boulevard. Take Woodhaven Blvd. approximately 3 miles to Forest Park Drive. Make right turn on Forest Park Drive and bear left. Parking lot will be on your right side.

Take 59th Street Bridge to Long Island Expressway East. Take LIE to Woodhaven Blvd. South (follow Woodhaven Blvd. directions above).
From Midtown Tunnel: Take the Midtown Tunnel to Long Island Expressway East and get off at the Woodhaven Blvd. Exit (follow Woodhaven Blvd. directions above).
BY SUBWAY AND/OR BUS:
By Bus: Take Q60 Bus from Manhattan (2nd Avenue and 60th Street). The bus goes over the 59th Street Bridge down Queens Boulevard to the stop on Queens Blvd. and Woodhaven Blvd. (Sear’s Auto Parts Store on corner). Transfer to Q11 bus, which goes south on Woodhaven Blvd. to Forest Park Drive.
By Subway and Bus: Take G or R train to Woodhaven Blvd. Exit on south side of Woodhaven Blvd., then transfer to Q11 bus (follow directions above).

I.N.D. “E” or “F” train to Kew Gardens/Union Turnpike. Q-46 Bus to Utopia Parkway and Union Turnpike.
I.R.T. “7” train to Main Street, Flushing. Q-17 Bus to Utopia Parkway and Long Island Expressway. Transfer to Q-30 or Q-31 Bus to 82 Avenue and Utopia Parkway.
From Long Island: Take L.I.R.R. to Jamaica Station, then take Q-30 or Q-31 buses to 82 Avenue and Utopia Parkway.
BY CAR:
From Manhattan: Queens Midtown Tunnel to the Long Island Expressway, exit at Utopia Parkway. Stay on service road to Utopia Parkway and turn right. Follow Utopia Parkway to Union Turnpike. Campus on the right.
From Brooklyn: Either Belt Parkway (East) to Van Wyck Expressway (678 N), exit at Main Street/Union Turnpike. Proceed to the third traffic light, make a right onto Grand Central Parkway service road to Utopia Parkway, left to campus; OR Jackie Robinson Parkway (East), to Grand Central Parkway (East), exit at Utopia Parkway, left to campus.
From the Bronx: Throgs Neck Bridge to the Clearview Expressway, exit at Union Turnpike and make a right. Follow to Utopia Parkway and make a left, then a right onto campus; OR Triboro Bridge to Grand Central Parkway. Exit at Utopia Parkway, turn left at light and left onto campus.
From Long Island (North): Either Northern State Parkway to the Grand Central Parkway, exit at 188th Street. Turn left at light and make immediate right onto service road. Follow the service road to Utopia Parkway, bear right to campus; OR Long Island Expressway, exit at Utopia Parkway. Turn left on Utopia Parkway to Union Turnpike until campus is on right.
